This information is updated as of January 4, 2021, and fees are subject to change at any moment.

We can take care of every stage of your Petition for Alien Spouse (I-130) or Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status (I-485):

Our legal fee is $5,000 for drafting, preparing, compiling evidence and filing the petition, and $1,760 in filing fees paid to the USCIS. You will need to pay an initial deposit of $1,750 when you retain our services, and the remaining balance in monthly installments of $250.

If you are interested in hiring us to represent you in your Petition for Legal Permanent Residence (I-130) and Application to Adjust Status (I-485), here is a brief description of the process:

  • Complete our Client Engagement Form and you will receive our Engagement Letter and Fee Agreement, as well as your invoice for the initial deposit, payable when we begin our representation. The Contract describes the terms of our legal services in detail, what we will require from you, as well as how we will file your applications. It also describes how we will help you, how we will answer your questions, and how we will manage your information and documents. We will do everything possible to make the process as simple and clear as possible.
  • After sending our agreement and initial invoice by e-mail, you will be able to sign the agreement electronically. We will receive your signed agreement and payment for the initial deposit.
  • You complete a brief questionnaire and send us the required documents to compile your applications.
  • We will send you the final draft of the applications for your signature, and you can return them by mail or email, along with the payment for the corresponding filings fees before USCIS by certified check or a money order.
  • We will complete and file your applications at USCIS.
  • We will receive several receipts from USCIS, which formally begins your petition.
  • USCIS will schedule an interview, and we will prepare you for the interview. We’ll go over what they’ll ask, and what documents you need to bring to the interview.
  • When your interview is approved, you will receive a Permanent Residence Card (Green Card).

If you wish to proceed in retaining our services, please complete our client intake form: https://www.usadefend.com/client-engagement-form/

Once you have completed the Client Intake Form, you will receive via e-mail our Engagement Letter and Fee Agreement outlining the description of our services, along with an Invoice for the initial payment. You can sign and pay the invoice online, for your convenience.
